A beautiful, powerful practice of flowing movements that uses the knowledge of the five elements (Air, Water, Earth, Fire and Akasha) to create  vitality and store the life force prana, enhance connection, creativity, balance, stability, awareness and clarity.  Creating  vast amounts of energy in the practitioner. Classes are a fusion of Elemental Yoga and Hatha Yoga accessible to all levels of flexibility and age.
